Techfluid Flameguard BOP 5000 & Flameguard 300 Firewater Mains and Deluge Hose 

Flameguard 5000, BOP hose is mainly used for hydraulic control of Blowout Preventer (BOP). Designed to operate under extreme conditions at a pressure of 5000PSI. In emergency situations Flameguard 5000 can be directly exposed to flame for more than 5min at the temperature of 704°C, to ensure control system can be operated under emergencies. Meeting the most severe test conditions, Flameguard 5000 certified to API 16D at 5min at the temperature of 704°C.

Flameguard 300, designed for use in deluge systems mainly offshore installations where operation is paramount under emergency conditions. Flameguard 300 can also be used for the delivery of gasoline, diesel oil, fuel oil with aromatic content up to 50%, mud, air and for other general purposes. It can be directly exposed to flame for more than 30 minutes at the temperature of 800°C, which enable operators to rescue and escape under emergencies.

Working temp: -40°C to + 121°C
Fire resistance: API 16D, 704°C x 5 minutes

Flameguard 300 Fire-Rated Hose (Working Pressure 21Bar) NHG20

Application: Mainly used for seawater delivery in firefighting systems on offshore platforms, also can be used for delivery of gasoline, diesel oil, fuel oil with aromatic content up to 50%, mud,  and for other general purposes. It can be directly exposed to flame for more than 30 minutes at the temperature of 800°C, which enable operators to rescue and escape under emergencies.

Tube: Black smooth nitrile rubber, oil resistance, seawater resistance, high temperature resistance.
Reinforcement: High strength steel tyre cord, anti-static copper wire, helix steel wire for hose size up to 6” and above.
Cover: Red chloroprene rubber, fire resistance, wear resistance, ozone & ageing resistance, oil resistance
Working temp: -30°C to + 100°C
Fire resistance: ISO 15540 & ISO 15541, at 800°C x 30 minutes
