This can include internal & external inspection, refurbishment, repair, hydrostatic testing, re-certification and report. This service can be performed offshore or onshore, with hoses in-situ or decommissioned, or at our UK facility. In addition, our competent technical staff can provide training courses in basic FHA construction, inspection and repair. The courses range from short “Tool-Box” style talks to more formal detailed presentations.

Re-certification process: the FHA is cleaned internally and externally before visual inspection including internal bore-o-scope camera inspection – Durable and elastic superficial repairs to the hose body – Hydrostatic pressure test to appropriate level and hold period – end couplings re-painted. A full detailed report is prepared for each FHA.
